When is the report of the Inquiry into Palliative Care going to be presented to Parliament?

ANSWER

Mr President, I thank the member for Rosevears for his question.  The Standing Committee on Community Development Inquiry into Palliative Care was established with broad terms of reference and has received over 20 submissions.  The terms for the establishment of the inquiry did not include a reporting date.  Therefore, it is not known when the committee will report.

The committee will no doubt table its final report as soon as it is completed.
